This is an instructional video showing the registration process for the OGTR Online Services Portal.
You will have received an invitation to access the portal that looks like this one. If you have not received an invitation and require access to the portal in the near future, please reach out to the OGTR.
From the invitation, select the link or copy and paste the URL directly into your browser. This will commence the registration process and open this screen. The invitation code is prefilled. Select “Redeem”, and on this page select “Sign in with myGovID”.
You will then need to enter you need to enter your email address that is associated with your myGovID account. Using the myGovID app on your phone, enter the code shown on the screen.
At this point, you will need to provide consent to share information with the Department of Health and Aged Care. Please note that this is a standard consent form. The OGTR does not access or use your date of birth or personal email address. All correspondence from the OGTR and within the portal will continue to be sent to the email address you provide to the OGTR for this purpose.
At this point you can choose “remember my selection” to prevent this page showing again.
You will then need to agree to the Terms and Conditions of using the portal. These are standard legal terms and conditions; however, we strongly encourage users to read them before agreeing. Please note that you will need to agree to the terms and each time you access the portal.
You will then need to acknowledge your user profile. Even if information in your user profile is not accurate, to access the portal you will need to acknowledge the details shown, however you can also reach out to the OGTR to have any incorrect details updated. You can access your user profile using the drop-down next to your name.
