Accredited Organisation Annual Report to the Gene Technology Regulator
It is a condition of accreditation that, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, and before the following 30 September, the accredited organisation must complete and submit to the Gene Technology Regulator (the Regulator) an annual report in the form required by the Regulator.'
Electronic copies of annual report forms covering the period 1 July 2010 – 30 June 2011, with individualised contact information, were sent to all accredited organisations on 29 June 2011. If you have not yet received your organisation’s electronic copy of the annual report form, please email ogtr.applications@health.gov.au to request one.
