The form below is a suggested tool for the issues the IBC needs to assess. It is not a requirement that this form be used, IBCs are welcome to develop their own forms to meet their own needs.

Inspector's report form templates - Facility Checklists
Checklists for facility inspections are provided by OGTR to assist organisations when applying for certification of facilities and IBCs when carrying out annual inspections of facilities in determining that the requirements for that facility can be met.
