    1 Application Checklists must be completed and submitted with an application for certification of a PC3 facility.
    2 Annual Inspection Checklists are provided for the convenience of persons conducting annual inspections of facilities after they have been certified. The use of this inspection checklist is not mandatory.
    * Due to the very small number of these facilities, applications to certify PC3 Plant facilities will be considered on a case by case basis. As a guide, PC3 Plant Facilities will be expected to comply with the current PC3 Laboratory Guidelines. However, exemptions/additional conditions may be imposed by the Regulator to ensure containment of PC3 GM microorganisms used in/on plant hosts.     Help with accessing large documents

    When accessing large documents (over 500 KB in size), it is recommended that the following procedure be used:

    1. Click the link with the RIGHT mouse button
    2. Choose "Save Target As.../Save Link As..." depending on your browser
    3. Select an appropriate folder on a local drive to place the downloaded file

    Attempting to open large documents within the browser window (by left-clicking) may inhibit your ability to continue browsing while the document is opening and/or lead to system problems.

    Help with accessing PDF documents

    To view PDF (Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. A number of PDF readers are available through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) Web Guide website.
