1 Application Checklists must be completed and submitted with an application for certification of a PC3 facility.
2 Annual Inspection Checklists are provided for the convenience of persons conducting annual inspections of facilities after they have been certified. The use of this inspection checklist is not mandatory.
* Due to the very small number of these facilities, applications to certify PC3 Plant facilities will be considered on a case by case basis. As a guide, PC3 Plant Facilities will be expected to comply with the current PC3 Laboratory Guidelines. However, exemptions/additional conditions may be imposed by the Regulator to ensure containment of PC3 GM microorganisms used in/on plant hosts.
