New form for the application (or notification) of an inadvertent dealing with a GMO

The Gene Technology Regulator has issued an application form for a licence for inadvertent dealings with a GMO. The new form is specifically designed for people who have come into possession of a GMO inadvertently, who are required to apply for a licence for the purpose of disposing of the GMO. An application form is still required to be completed even if disposal of the GMO has already occurred.
