Program wide evaluation of the After Hours Primary Medical Care (AHPMC) Program was completed in 2005. The objective of this independent evaluation was to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness of the different models of after hours primary medical care trialled through the AHPMC Program.
This Final Evaluation Report provides a description of the goals and methodology of the evaluation, details the nature of the AHPMC Program and discusses the findings.
