This report presents consolidated information on the performance of the national HACC Program in 2008-09 across the states and territories, including against Key Performance Indicators. It also includes client case studies, funding information and a snapshot of HACC clients and services across the states and territories, and research projects undertaken in 2008-09.

Help with accessing large documents

may inhibit your ability to continue browsing while the document is
opening and/or lead to system problems.

To view PDF (Portable Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer. A number of PDF readers are available through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO) Web Guide website.
